Hey thank you for sharing your story as well! I would love to hear more about your journey as I am new to land and I see the opportunity but I’m still connecting the dots. Let me know if you have any free time to jump on a call or I could shoot you my email.

Hey guys I'm looking at a lot of infill lots in the Poinciana/Kissimmee area. And Im looking to potential purchase a few and connect with some builders and developers to see what they are buying lots for in this area. I don't have a very big budget so I want to make sure I make a smart purchase and I'm even open to possibly partnering up with some developers and builders and or even provide them with some heavily discounted lots as well. I'd love to connect with anyone currently doing deals in the area!

@Joel Francis

I don’t know why this was worded so poorly. But what I’m saying is a bought a list of absentee owners off melissadata. I purchased the mojo dialer and I’m using call rail as well to make sure I have kpi’s to look at later. My question is whether I need a crm before I start marketing or can I wait until after I start Marketing. Also, I am also pulling owners off of Zillow that are fsbo. Would I need it for that even tho I’m not marketing. I truly just need to know when do you truly need a crm.

I’m new to the whole sooner and I purchased the mojo dialer and bought a list soon I’m ready to call. I haven’t started marketing is yet but I was wondering either before Marketing do I need a CRM to just start calling my list off on Mojo. Or do I need it when I start marketing

@Brett Abamonte Hey Brett I think that a lot of the advice you've gotten so far has been solid so I‘m going to take you In a dIfferent direction. I’m a 22 year old so not as young but I'm building a team of young guys who want to do just a little bit more than go to college and wait until the time is right to start making money. What I suggest is you focus every second of your free time and waking hours on income producing activities. Yes, that means no more video games, but you may can play it or party as a reward system. If you want to be financial free your new hobby has to be making money, developing skillsets, financial planning, networking, studyIng success and successful people, reading books, and buying assets to fuel your dreams. Otherwise you'll end up 26 before you start or worse. Now I want you to look up Ecommerce, more specifically Shopify, Amazon FBA, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing and learn anyone of these skills to increase your income and possibly get a sales job doing hourly and commission or even better a straight commissions job to learn how to get paid for your results not your time. Learning those skills are going to be a lot better than and faster than learning for example law which will take forever, and these skills will not break your back or the bank but they wIll challenge your mind. They can also be something you can start today and use the capital to build your credit and make smart moves. I would love to connect and help you grow and there is another 17 year old I want you to meet. He has the same ambitions and drive as you.

@Kelvin Tam I rented my first property using fb marketplace, joining groups of people looking for homes to rent and roommates as well as roompik, cozy is really good and roomi. Trulia rentals is good to and I actually rented out 5 rooms in less than a week with security deposits and everything my very first go!
