Hello! I am a new real estate investor in the Charlotte area. I am interested in buy-and-hold single-family homes, potentially multi-family if it is a good deal, and I am looking to implement the BRRRR strategy. My hopes for this post is to connect with anyone in the Charlotte area or areas surrounding Charlotte who are doing it themselves to gain more knowledge and understanding of this strategy.

Hello! I am a new real estate investor in Charlotte. I've been living in Charlotte for 5 years now with my wife and soon to be 2 kids.  I currently have no properties and I am currently looking to build relationships with other investors, agents, and wholesalers to start flipping single-family homes. I have private lenders to fund my deals and after learning as much as I can about the business, I am ready to put some actions in place.
