New Real Estate Investor in Charlotte

Joel Berry II
Posted

Hello! I am a new real estate investor in Charlotte. I've been living in Charlotte for 5 years now with my wife and soon to be 2 kids.  I currently have no properties and I am currently looking to build relationships with other investors, agents, and wholesalers to start flipping single-family homes. I have private lenders to fund my deals and after learning as much as I can about the business, I am ready to put some actions in place.

I am excited to connect with anyone who decides to reach out and look forward to building relationships.

Hey Joel, that's exciting! I'd recommend looking for meetups in and around the Charlotte area. That's a great way to continue learning, meet wholesalers and other investors in person. Also, making sure you're specific on your buy box will help make it memorable and not get overwhelmed with 'deals' that aren't what you're looking for. Good luck!
