Yeah Eric I think essentiallyrics cutting out the middle man could be a great advantage. 

Nice to meet you Brandon. I haven't started investing yet. But I believe having access to the MLS will be a great advantage moving forward. Not to mention working relationships with title companies, loan officers, other realtors, and past clients. Those can't hurt.

Hello my name is Joel. I'm currently a Realtor with Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. I'm from Bristol, Pa, which is a suburb of Philadelphia. I've decided I want to go the route of an investor as opposed to a Realtor, and I'm interested in rental income properties that provide me with passive income.
