I don't really care if it's a buyer that wants to rent it or buy it for themselves. I'm just thinking that it would be easier to sell without leases and tenants to deal with?

What is the best exit strategy for selling a rental? I have two SFR that are currently vacant so I am considering selling. Is it smarter to sell when unoccupied and without a current rental agreement with a tenant?

I have had a lot of emails and communications with Mackaylee and she has been very knowledgeable and helpful to me as well as very professional. She always has a lot on her plate. I support you Mackaylee!

I only buy class A and B properties

I would be careful about badmouthing this company. I have had a few bumps in the road as well but USREEB has always made it right with me. Everyone's experience will be different. Mackaylee has always worked with me and been very helpful. I have had some issues with the property management side too but they have brought in someone new to manage it and it is getting better. You need to hire an outside independent inspector when buying because this is part of your due diligence. I have 5 properties with them and I am way over in California and have never been to KC, MO

I am going to buy another one this year.

Can anyone recommend a good property management company in Kansas City MO? If so I would like to ask you some questions about your experience. Looking for a reliable, trustworthy company that does distributions on time.

Thanks, Joe Koppel

Overall it has been good. I have 5 properties now from USREEB and 20%+ cash on cash return on each one. Planning to buy more in the new year!

Post: Find out what a home sells for at auction

Many times a home is sold at auction and flipped and the real estate companies like Zillow, Trulia, etc tell you that the home was sold at auction but where can you go to find out the outcome and what it actually sold for?

I would be careful about painting USREEB with a broad brush. Sometimes contractors are not the most scrupulous either. I own 4 properties and have had no problem.
