I am looking to connect with an investor friendly agent and hopefully build a partnership that will help both parties. I am 22 years old and just purchased my first single family house that I currently live in, in April of this year. I purchased the home with 30k in equity before i even made any renovations. Im looking to pull a heloc and aquire another property, i just need assistance with the process, TIA

Looking for an agent who can help guide me through the process of acquiring my 2nd property, specifically the HELOC process, TIA

December 2021, I want to make the jump into real estate but i don’t know if the time is right right now. I live in Southampton PA, 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia, i would be looking to either get an fha loan and buy a single family, or save up more money and get a conventional loan to buy a multi unit property to house hack. Any tips/advice? Thanks.

I am 20 years old and i want to get into the real estate world, i have a full time job, a excellent credit score, but not much cash on hand. Im looking for tips/advice to help me get started. I’ve been looking into single-family homes and duplexes, i am interested in the owner-occupied investment strategy because i think it is the best way for me to get into it. Thank you in advance!
