I'm looking for someone who knows the Las Vegas market well, to help underwrite deals for us.

This would be a paid gig.

Aye BPers!

We're investors based in Knoxville, TN with 6 LTRs and 1 STR. We're banging our heads against the wall trying to figure out what credit card is best for real estate investors. A lot of our expenses have to do with furnishings for our STR, repairs, supplies, etc. Ideally, we want a card that's under our LLC that we use on the business and then can reap the travel rewards for family vacations.

Any thoughts?

@southernsonsproperties

Any folks out there have a short term rental in or near Cape Cod?

We have one in the Smokies but have family up in Boston. Curious about the pros and cons of an STR in that type of seasonal market.

Any advice or intel is much appreciated!

Hey Justin - I'm an investor based in Knoxville who has been investing in the area over the last 5 years. Shoot me a PM.

@Keith Rocha I don't know them, but happy to connect with likeminded people in Knoxville.

LOVE the idea of conventionally building it and then using log and wood siding to make it appear to be a log cabin. I'll have to dig into that. Thank you for the suggestion JD!

We've recently inherited some land in middle TN in an area where log cabins are very popular (it's not Gatlinburg, but a lake and camping community near Cookeville, TN). Our goal is to build a small log cabin on that land and rent it out as a short term rental.

Any advice, good stories, horror stories, etc. that anyone can provide regarding the building of a log cabin home? Has everyone gone through Honest Abe's Log Cabin Homes? Are there issues with the upkeep of them?

@Bryan Gwin @Eric Huang I'm a buy and hold investor based in Knoxville, TN which I feel is as good or even better than Chatt. I have a mid size portfolio and always looking to continue growth by teaming up with other investors. If you guys are interested in the Knoxville market - shoot me a message!

Hey Patrick, I'll reach out to you directly!

Hi! Looking for expert advice on buying foreclosures in the Southern Massachusetts area. Motivated to make something happen asap!
