Thank you guys for the info! So I should have stated already that I have done lots of research on real estate. So this definitely wasn't on a whim. I do have a contract that I'm using. I have a CPA, an attorney, and an agent for insurance. We ended up buying the cheapest house in a upcoming neighborhood, so after capital expenditures I still have a strong cash flow. I am just making sure that I've met all my due diligence, and not forgetting anything.

Hey guys! My wife and I have decided to rent out our home! I am needing to know whether or not we need to contact our mortgage company. To start an LLC or not. Or anything else that we are forgetting that we need to look into. Thanks in advance!

Hey guys!

So Im wanting to start to look into investing in trailer parks. The problem that I am having is that there is not any forums or much information in general that I can get my hands on. Ive read one book about it but just had extremely basic informatioin about it. Does any one have any books they would recommend? or any information they could give in general?

I have a deal that I am currently looking at (just seen online no further steps have been taken) just would like to learn more about the industry before taken the plunge!

Thanks, Joe
