I agree with hiding it.  Even if you have that same note there disclosing it during the visits.  Knowing there has been a foundation fix and SEEING the foundation fix have different psychological affects, IMO.  I think people are a lot more likely to accept it if it's not visible.  In their mind, it's more likely to be fine since they can't see any problems.  Just my 2 cents.

@John Leavelle, I agree!  I don't even do rehabs and I wrote those down after seeing how popular they were on Amazon.  :-)  THANK YOU!

Thanks, @John Thedford!  That thread was amazing!  I'm disappointed more folks haven't visited it!  Can you post a link to it here or something so the folks who have posted here might see it?  Maybe it's because I'm new, but I'm just so impressed.  :-)

@Christopher K., could you please direct me to your website?  I'm having trouble finding it through Google.  On the good side, your company has an A+ rating on BBB.org.  :-D

@Michael Tierney, technically, I'm not selling to move my properties closer.  I'm selling one and buying another still in Auburn.  I plan to always have 3 there.  I just plan to buy some closer for diversification in case something happens in Auburn.  :-)

I want to thank everyone for their warm welcome.  This has been a really wonderful site so far.  Ironically, I was turned onto this site by a friend and went PRO within a week, while I'm not sure how much he even gets on.  I haven't seen him yet and everything I share with him on Facebook, he seems to appreciate rather than saying, "Yeah, I saw that, too."  lol

@Helen Zhang, thanks for those tips!  I was looking at ripping out perfectly good cabinets because they looked dated.  I'll consider painting, changing the handles, and replacing the countertops instead.  You rock!

Life isn't about being perfect; it's about working around your imperfections.

Yep, that's totally me!  For example, I have stuff in storage and they don't do auto pay.  Well, I'm terrible about remembering to pay on time...and getting around to doing it.  Well, my work around was to pay ahead, so no one cares that I'm 2 weeks late, becauses I'm still 6 weeks ahead.  :-D  Plus, if I'm ever in a coma, I'm still good for a while.  lol
