Looking for a good PM to manage both current and future properties.  Current properties are SF in Lowell and Bentonville, but future could be multi family as well.

Welcome Colin.  I too got my start in real estate in the Oregon market over the past few years.  It has been quite dynamic.  We have transitioned from Oregon to NW Arkansas in preparations for our move there in a couple of years.   NW Arkansas is a fabulous place to be and a great opportunity as well.  BP has a wealth of information to help you succeed.  Good luck in your ventures.

I'm looking for recommendations for an attorney in the NW Arkansas area that is knowledgeable in real estate.  There are many general references, but would prefer someone that is intimately involved in real estate themselves.  I would be interested in your suggestions and recommendations.
