@Allan Rosso Go to the courthouse and ask where the probate office or department is. I introduced myself to the the woman at the office, told her i was an investor looking for a probate list. She directed me to a computer and pulled up the latest probate information and showed me where all the information I needed was.

Thanks @Account Closed

I actually Logged on just now to inquire about the best way to contact the PR for probate leads. I was afraid of being insensitive.

Thank you @Allan Rosso for the question and @Adrien C. for you answer.

@Adrien C. have you ever called the PR or do you send a letter?

Hey Biggerpockets! My Name is Jocaro Dodd. I have an engineering degree and have worked in the MEP industry for about 4 years. I have some construction experience, but zero real estate experience. My wife and I watch HGTV almost everyday and finally one day I asked myself why am I sitting on the couch watching these shows when I can be doing it? I started my research and I reconnected with an old friend in the Richmond area (that is currently fixing and flipping) who suggested I visit BiggerPockets for more information. Long story short, I recently got a mentor that suggested I start with wholesaling to get some cash and understanding of the business. My first yellow letters should be going out on Monday. I'm really excited about this! I haven't been this excited about something in a while. For me, getting an opportunity to flip houses would be a dream come true. I've wanted to do it since high school. Don't know what took so long to get started. Smh. Thanks to the creators of BiggerPockets and to all that contribute to the wealth of knowledge in this community. I look forward to contributing and networking with you all! Thanks!
