Yes

You can track CTR for organic search but this can be misleading.

When I search your keyword term the adwords are at the top and the red rectangle that you provided above references the google place page. Google no longer call it places. It is now called Google+

The companies listed use the title tag to explain or describe their business. New comers will put the name of their company in this field. Keep in mind people don't search for the name of your company so you lose the opportunity to take advantage of keyword placement. Basically, a SEO trick.

You can track the IP and block it inside your adwords. Google also tracks click fraud as well. You can track this option if you like. Just add it to your screen.

That is why you need to do some research on what makes a great campaign and how to mitigate your losses. Keep in mind that 1 real estate deal will more than pay for your adwords campaign if setup properly.

Most people receive the free $100 adwords email and they think they will hit it big. Especially when they get a google employee to help setup the campaign. It's not that easy and the $100 goes quick.

If you can afford $300-$400 in adwords and have a defined campaign then you should be able to compete with the larger competitors in your market. It is all about efficiency and focus.

A strong campaign should see double digit CTRs (click through rate). If you have keywords that show low single digit CTRs then you are doing all wrong.

Those are adwords with extensions enabled. PPC campaigns are tricky and you need to educate yourself before spending a lot of money.

Interesting!

A post about the stock market once we get close to new highs. We are probably very close to a nice correction.

I would get rid of the hyphens as well. It looks really spammy and people will not click on your site. SEOmoz is the place to research everything and it's free.

My suggestion would be to keyword research first. Then I would analyze the competition for the keywords. If the competition is too strong then I would look into long tail keywords and start building your brand from there.

I would hold off on google adwords until you understand your online market. Too many people rush into adwords and waste a ton of money.

The best bang for your buck when it comes to online marketing is Video. You can get huge ranking power with the video and it doesn't cost much. Google wants to monetize youtube and they are pushing the video to the top of search.

If you need help you can always DM me and I would be more than happy to chat.

Atlantic Station is a great place to see a show. We must have forgot about the gentleman how shot another man at Rosa Mexicana. Then hid the in the theater from the police.

The same area had huge foreclosure issues and the city wanted to turn them into Section 8 housing.

30% increase in South Atlanta housing? I guess when you can buy a house for 10k and sell it for 13k then you get your 30% increase but you still live in a county that can barely keep its accreditation. Where the school teachers falsify test scores so they can pass the kids.

It is such a blessing not to have to deal with this mess anymore.

I wish all the investors in Atlanta the best. I did 24 years in Atlanta and now I am free from the asylum.

I spent 23 years in Atlanta and change is not possible downtown. For example; the city of atlanta wanted to bring slot machines to underground atlanta because they believed it would bring tourists to the area. Homeless and crackheads hang out in underground atlanta.

How about the trolley from the King center to Olympic park. Who rides that thing. Complete waste of money!

South Atlanta, Clayton County, is a complete mess. I wouldn't invest a dime in that county or area. They lost the school accreditation for a reason. Pure corruption.

The homeless are ultra aggressive and the city put up homeless meters at the Fox Theater. Basically, you put quarters in the meters and they redistribute the donations among the homeless. This was there idea to curtail pandering. By the way they made the local businesses pay for the meters.

Atlanta has always been one of the highest crime rate cities, GA 400 has been paid for but they will not take down the toll. They tolled the HOV on I-85 and it caused a 6 hour traffic jam.

What about the beltway? That project has been on the books for 8 years +. The city planners are a joke and so is Atlanta.
