My wife is currently studying the pre-license course to be an agent.  She did quite a bit of research on the online programs and settled on UGA continuing education program

http://www.georgiacenter.uga.edu/courses/real-esta... .  She found out that a number of the online programs use the same content provider.  She opted for the The Georgia "Works Deluxe" Package for about $330.

The only complaint so far is that the content provider loss her progress for a few days due to some systems outage.   They offered to extend her access for 30 days.

Were you able to get rid of the mobile home?  A family member inherited 5 acres with a dilapidated mobile home and I am trying to help them clear the property so they can sell it.
