Yes, Urbana can be a little tougher, but if you can get a little better of a deal on it to make the numbers work, it's still worth it.

1.  The rental market in Champaign is still strong.

2.  No rental registration or permits needed in Champaign.  Urbana, yes. registration is required.

3.  Campus is being way overbuilt in my opinion.  The off campus sector is doing strong in my opinion.

4.  Rents are all over the board.  All depends on area and such.

5.  Good deals, sure.  A lot of competition, but they can be found.

Hope this helps.

Could you send me a little more info on the multifamily property you speak of?  Thanks!

No signs of water leaks anywhere.  I've accompanied pest control every time they do the monthly spraying to inspect apartments.  There is one that could use a little better house keep skills, but not bad enough to contribute to a huge roach infestation.  The pest control company sprays a good deal....but we are just not getting results.

I have a 6-unit building in which I have some fairly decent roach problems.  I have had problems for about the last 2 years and they don't seem to get any better.   I'm on my 3rd pest control company that does monthly service to each unit and I'm still not making any head way.  It's finally costing me way too much money to ignore the problem.  How do I solve this issue once and for all?  I'm ready to take matters into my own hands and don't really care how much it is going to cost.

I've been doing research on roach baits and growth regulators that people seem to have good luck with according to reviews.  Should I drop a couple hundred dollars on these products and just go to war with these roaches?  What's the best solution and tactics?

Thanks for your help!

Alright Folks...busy week....was going to post earlier but never got around to it!!

Here's the details!!

Friday June 5th, around 6:00PM

Where:  Mi Casa!  602 Erin Dr, Champaign IL 61822  It's best to park on the street.

I'll plan on grilling out...I'll provide some different kind of meats.  It would be great if each person could bring some side dish or something to eat!  As for drinks, I have beer, alcohol, water, etc.  If you want some sort of soda or something you might want to bring that yourself.

I would like to head count of who's coming.  Don't have the most room in my house but I can probably comfortably fit 10.

Any questions?  My Cell is 217-621-8036    Text is the best....
