Also check out classifiedflyerads.com They have sydication just like postlets.

What objections are you getting? Are people complaining about the option fee? If not, then I might not be too quick to decrease it.

It may be a matter of the monthly payment or them just not understanding the difference between renting and rent to own.

yeah look at the recorded documents found on the county record of deeds website. Whoever is on deed is the owner, but again if someone is control of the deal, then you'll likely need to go through them.

I normally use Aweber for my Email blasting and they have the option of sending emails both in plain text and in html. Basically whatever setting the user had their local computer it would format my email to that..(meaning html or text.) I'd imagine that this would also apply to black berrys and pda phones, but I don't know...

With that said, to really answer your question, you'll need to test it out... Which has a better conversion rate (open rate) for you...using html or using text. Whichever converts better, I'd use that.

And again if you have the double option with your autoresponder system (both html and text), then just use both and see if your blackberry formats it to text automatically.

I agree with those who would use wordpress pages and a blog. This is the best platform I've seen that can give customers the information they seek about your company and furthermore they can interact with you via your blog.
