BP,

I am a 20 year old college student from Greensboro, NC looking to get involved in real estate investing. I really hope to get into landlording as my niche but  I know that wholesaling could be a great way to jumpstart into investing without using a lot of money out of pocket. Any suggestions on good ways for me to start investing, networking with other investors, mentors, etc?
