I am closing on my first fix and flip next week!

I want to see if anyone has any decent jobsite cameras they can recommend.  Don't want to break the bank, but want to keep an eye on all my material.  Thanks in advance.

Look into vinyl, plank flooring.  Sell them at the big box stores, no underlayment required and easy/cheap to install.   

I am interested to hear peoples opinions on this.  

Impact windows and doors are 2 1/2 more expensive than regular windows.  You can either do impact windows or regular windows with some type of hurricane covering, at least in the panhandle.  If it was my flip, I definitely would not put impact windows and doors in.  Just my opinion.
