Hey BP! I wanted to reach out to see if anyone knew of any lenders/credit unions in the Kansas City area that would hold a loan with having less than the 25% down for a duplex. I have the cash for the 25% down but really would like to to find someone to do the deal for less than that just so I can keep more cash in my pocket.

Hello to all my fellow Kansas City Investors. 

I need some help! I am looking for a trustworthy and reliable contractor you have worked with in the past. I have recently purchased my first rental in the Independence, MO area. I live about 4 hours away and need a contractor to replace a tub for me. If you have any recommendations of someone you have used in the past I am all ears!

Hey @Jonathan Scott I'm actually closing on my first deal tomorrow in KC! I live about 4 hours from KC so everything was done remotely. I can give you my Agent and Property Manager if interested. Both highly recommended!
