Thanks everyone! I starting to research how to find rental properties that will cash flow. I like the advice given about choosing San Antonio for that since my family is there they would be able to help.

Hi everyone! I am 30 year old in the software development field. I go back and forth between Austin(work) and San Antonio(family). I became a landlord when I moved to the DC area a few years ago. When I moved back to Texas I decided to keep renting out my house and now I'm really interested in learning more about real estate investing.
