Thanks for the great advice. I might need your services on the backend for property management if we go through with this deal. Let's stay in touch!

@Christopher Beliveau Looking at a potential BRRRR investment in West Pullman. My friend who's a real estate agent in Chicago alerted me to this opportunity. He says it needs cosmetic work around $40k, but I want to stress test his opinion with an experienced local contractor before I pull the trigger. Have any recommendations?

Anyone recommend a good contractor in Chicago? Preferably one that has worked with out-of-state investors. Thank you in advance!

@Leilani Leszkay South Lake Tahoe is going really well for us right now. There are still areas that allow Airbnb, so feel free to message me if you have any questions I can help with.

@David Goldenberg I might have an opportunity for you in South Lake Tahoe. Happy to send over more details, feel free to DM me if there’s interest.

@Jennifer Gardner My business partner and I recently purchased a house in South Lake Tahoe. The areas that don’t have restrictions are Meyers, Tahoe Paradise, and Pioneer Trail. Given the year-round attraction of Tahoe it was a no-brainer (Covid won’t be around forever). If you have more questions feel free to DM me!

Hope this helps!

@Alain Dax Victorino If you still want to go the Airbnb route and invest in a SFR, make sure it's not near the lake. Check this website from the City of South Lake Tahoe for more info (scroll to the bottom to see a map): https://www.cityofslt.us/453/V...
