   I really like that you are getting familiar with the tax assessment process. I see a lot of properties that have high assessments from the before the crash. I'd love to see a predicted assessment value if a property is reassessed as part of a deal.

I love Norristown and I am passionate about revitalizing it. I have one property there and so far the only difficulty was with getting the license because my wholesaler didn't quite understand how thorough they were. You will definitely want to apply for the license and get a code inspection before you do anything. That step would have probably saved me months of carrying costs. Hopefully, you skills can mitigate any issues. 

I'm looking in Norristown for my next buy and hold. I already have one there. Have only begun to consider multi-family. Let me know if I can help.

I have a property in Norristown and my tenant has been excellent. In over 2 years, I have had no issues. My property manager, Onyx, helped me vet them before they moved in. I am thankful for them every day. I hear stories but my limited experience is the opposite.

I have a rental in Norristown. I think there is a lot of opportunity there and I am currently searching for my second property there. The biggest challenge I found was the code enforcement. There were some issues in recent years and they are now very particular. I'd glad share more if you are interested.
