Landlord Policy Philadelphia Area

I have a 4plex in Norristown, PA. After "living" in it for a year from Aug '13-Aug '14 it is now strictly an investment property and the new policy has to reflect that. I was quoted $1,258.27 by All State who also did my basic homeowners for the first year.

Can anyone recommend another company to call so I can shop that price around?
