Hi I'm renewing my license soon and would like to ask suggestion or advice on what RE brokerage to join? I was thinking of online brokerage like Premier Realty Associates and others. Although I'm primarily an investor I think having a license is helpful. Any suggestion appreciated Thanks Jimmy

I'm originally from the Philippines and have some investments there. All of these investments are buy and hold. What I noticed there is that virtually no cycles of up & down it seems RE is always in the upward trend that makes RE unaffordable to ordinary folks. I found that it's also challenging to unload, flips. Maybe I'm not doing the right marketing. Any advice from Philippines is appreciated. Jimmy

Hmm very interesting posts. Can somebody lead me or give information on wholesaling online? I still on a daytime job and need to go back to RE investing. I did rehab, flipping and lease options prior to the market crash. So I'm trying to find another way to supplement or replace my job income. I'm nearing retirement by the way and I live in Southern California. Any info is highly appreciated.

I'm using low priced no contract portable alarm system called Simplisafe. I also befriended neighbors and have them watch the property.
