Hello

Just looking to get some opinions on Cozyco. I have been looking at what they can offer me and have attended one of their webinars and everything checks out. Only issue is that they do not have any accounting software integrated. Is this an issue ? I am a new investor and am looking at purchasing my first multi family. I want to start right with a good software. Website seems very manageable and straightforward and that is what I like about it especially given my situation of just getting started.

Any advice or past experience on Cozy would be greatly appreciated. I have also heard to do cozy along with quickbooks that way you are covered from an accounting perspective.

Thanks

Jimmy

@Cameron Norfleet seems a lot of people here like Cozy. I just listened to one of their webinars last night and I think I will most likely be going with them. They seem very user friendly

thank you for the contribution @Huy Thai. Will be looking into these options

@Will Yee Cozy.co looks really nice. Thank you for that. Will it give all necessary reports for accounting and expense tracking services or do you have something like quickbooks on top of cozy.co to do that as well?

@Omar Khan definitely will be comparing various lenders in the near future. Thank you

Hello,

Soon to be new landlord! Currently have a property in mind and the numbers check out. My question I am now down to is which software would be best/easier to use :123Landlord or Erentpayment. If anyone uses either of these feel free to let me know what you think! I am really looking for an all in one software. Payments, contracts, accounting, profit loss statements etc...

I have been tossing the idea around of doing other payment methods such as picking it up myself or having tenants paypal me. But I know my personality and I know once I get comfortable with something I stick with it. That being said you run into problems when trying to scale your real estate portfolio using those types of payment methods.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Jimmy
