Welcome Dan, I am living in Queensbury now and have been wholesaling for a month, so far I have gotten leads but no deals as yet. Reach out if you want to talk, maybe we could do some deals together.

I am in the Queensbury area of NY and Just starting out wholesaling. I have been at it about a month now and have had some leads from bandit signs and some interest in my buyers list but have not put a deal together yet

 I have had some of my signs taken down but so far no issues legally. I am going to target absentee landlords with no mortgages, there are not a lot of leads up here in my target area. I am looking into probate. How long have you been a wholesaler and are you having success  

I am new to wholesaling and am in the Queensbury NY area just north of Saratoga. Are there any Wholesalers who would like to network with me to get coffee and discuss things? I have Bandit signs out and am starting a mailing campain, and I am getting calls on leads. I would just like someone or a group to bounce off questions to in the area who know this market
