Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Jon, there is a big swing in sale prices for rentals here on long island. Actually, I am still trying to decide which area will make most sense from an investment standpoint for my first deal. I have a fair amount of time as well as capital for my first deal but I would like to start off slow ( and small) to get my feet wet and learn along the way. I was hoping to network with some other senior investors in my area to gain some knowledge as well as tips in pursuit of my first deal.
