Can some of you who do deals in Jersey tell me what is not allowed now as compared to 5 years ago? I was in an accident, and need to start to get some fast $. I can walk with a cane, but not too far. I was a Broker here for a long time before the accident. My credit is in shambles, and my disability only covers my personal home PITI. My wife is working two jobs . That's not cool. I used to make a lot of money as a broker in this business. Need to find out new changes.

I can wholesale or L/O something quick. Any help guys....any,
