Hey BP Family!

I've just finished the rehab on a property in Norfolk, VA. I really like the idea of doing a reverse arbitrage.

Has anyone done this before?

Would anyone be interested?

Jim

Hey BP Community!

I have a rental in FL with a good tenant. Their original lease says that no pets are allowed except the one 10lbs dog that they told us about before they moved in. Both me and the tenants are part of the neighborhood facebook page and I see that they've posted about having a cat.

Has anyone dealt with something similar where a tenant gets new pets after moving when, even though the lease does not allow it. What did you do?

Thanks in advance!

Jim

You gotta be in the process business.

Getting a good property manager, Youtube producer, or other team members is the key. Leverage other people's talents towards a common goal.

Also, don't feel like you have to make it all happen at the same time. Develop one process to the point you feel comfortable that it is running on auto-pilot then move to the next thing.

Hello BP folks!

I've formed my LLC for Real Estate Investing and wondering what bank I should use. So far, I've talked to a couple and they've told me that they don't work with Real Estate Investing. TIA
