so Alec ....since you're from Brandon, and I've been looking for property there (actually St Pete )  any good deals that you know of?

I do but they're at a premium, such a premium you would lose money every month... prices in Buffalo have been going up the last 3 years at staggering rates.. I just sold one of my properties in less than 24 hours at a premium

Another thing I just noticed is they have a 770 area code which is Atlanta Georgia  ....the 716 is a local but it comes up with no info on it

definitely too rough of an area.. a lot of houses are dilapidated on those streets... and the prices that they're selling for are as low as the teens..

I live in the Buffalo area suburbs if there's any other info you need just ask

Never worked with them  but  I looked at the addresses of some of their properties  and they are not in areas I would buy in.
