I was a full time mortgage broker in the past. And during my short run (a few of the bubble years) of self employment I did some rehab to retail "flipping". Nothing BIG or anything, but we made some money and had some fun.
Since the market crash I moved to Tampa Bay, and I have had to get a J.O.B. to support my family, and I wholesale property on the side.
My goal is to become a full time wholesaler in the Tampa Bay area. This would only require about 2-3 properties a month.
To sum it up, I am here to meet other wholesalers, landlords, and rehabbers from this area for networking purposes. And of course, I am also here to discuss related topics with anyone who shares my interests.
