I am interesting in moving into Wholesaling. I have been a landlord for over 23 years and I was involved in rehabbing the properties I rented to tenants. I don't want to interact with tenants anymore. I'd like to get a realistic idea of the return I person could achieve if they pursued Wholesaling full time in the Chicago market. I'd also like to get a feel for the traits and knowledge needed by a good Wholesaler. I'd like the information to determine if it would be a good fit for me. Please provide the good, the bad and the ugly of the Wholesaling area of REI. Thank you in advance for any responses.
