Frank from what i can gather is that the lender will not let you get put the loan in the llc. This way if things go wrong with the investment the loan is in your name not the llc and they can recoupe moneys that way. That being said from my understanding is that you can put the investment property in the llc. Hope this helps. Maybe someone can explain a little better.
