We are excited to have Dave Cabanilla from Lanai Investments join us as our guest speaker and presenter. Dave will give a general overview of the development process, what can make a development successful or fail, and how an individual without experience can get involved in development opportunities. With over 30 years in the Real Estate Development industry, we welcome his knowledge and insight in this ever changing business.

Just a quick note to park on the street or in the dirt lot to the west.  Concrete sealer is still fresh.

It's 2024, rates are falling, opportunity is knocking, time to set some goals!  In particular our focus is to help renters get into homes and owners get into investments and investors into more investments.  In 2024 the process isn't as straightforward as it has been, so we want to mastermind this together as a group.  See you then and feel free to connect directly with me to get on our mailing list.

There were some cool economic conferences back in September so I thought it would be worthwhile to review what is happening at different tiers in the market and what is expected over the next twelve months.  Looking forward to seeing you all again!
