Hi Sean:

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about San Jose and for new construction each city is different and I rather to build in areas that I know all the local rules and regulation.  Otherwise we both will be in trouble.

I am looking for tear down property for building spec house in Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and San Francisco areas. I do appreciate if you come cross of any deals. 

I am interested in anything that needs major renovation.
