I was talking to one of my cousins yesterday and we have always had an interest in real estate investment, but we lack the funds. We are from a small town on the outside of Mexicali and he brought up the subject investing in the city. Sounds good but I have no clue or where to start looking for info I have been on google but it's not giving me much results. Then I remembered the bigger pockets community any one on here have any info or knowledge in that market or something where I can start doing some research. Thanks...

Hi my name is Jesus, A cousin of mine moved into a trailer home in Avondale AZ with a buddy of his. So the guy is leaving and my cousin is keeping the trailer any advice on wether if it's worth it to invest money into this property... I was thinking of investing some money then rent it out... Rent for the parking spot is 400 a month No big repairs most of them I can do myself ... Thanks...

Hi my name is Jesus and i want to start my carrier in real estate by obtaining my real estate licence In Phoenix Arizona.. But unfortunately I ran into trouble when I was a teenager and got sent to the department of corrections, my question is to those real estate agents or people involved in real estate in Phoenix Arizona, will this felony prevent me from getting the real estate licence... I've done some research but it's not clear and I would rather get a direct answer from someone who is in the business... Thank you

Thanks for the advice so apparently the only way it can prevent me from obtaining my licence is if I'm on parole or probation which I'm not And I need to pay off some fines so I can contract a lawyer and get these issues set aside. Thanks for taking the time to respond and your info.
