I feel the best way to get involved in real estate for me at the moment is thru property management. I work in construction but I wonder if there are companies out there looking to train or hire maybe part-time at first. ( Thinking out loud Clueless )

I have no experience in buying or selling but i do know that people are buying houses faster than we can build them. Would it be smart to buy? My concern is over paying for a property and when the correction comes I'm stuck in an over priced property with all my cash tied up into it.

@Charlie MacPherson Thank you.
I am a felon and want to apply for a Realtor License I qualify to get my charges expunged since this happen when i was younger but I cannot afford it at the moment, I paid the consequences of my actions with one of my most valuable assets, time. So i am wondering if it is possible to get an LLC and apply for the License under that title and not my personal name?? Any thing helps thank you for your time.. Jesus R.

Sellers market out here. All the info i have sorry, i read your post and thought i chip in the little information i know. We bought a home about 3 months ago in the Maryvale area and there were at least 2 other offers besides ours every time we were interested in a home. 150k 3bed 2bath homes. I also heard theres plenty of vacant lots in Buckeye, just west of the 303. I hope this helps and good luck.

So I'm taking baby steps into wholesaling in Phoenix,Az I was driving around my neighborhood and came across a property. Board for windows looks like it's been abandoned for a while. I went on zillow to get information on this property but it doesn't have the name of the owner. So my question is if I wanted to find that out, is the county website my best bet? Would that be the only source of information? Do any of you recommend any sites I can look into? Another thing is since I'm just learning the ropes I am not in the position to start spending money but I would love to know the sites that would charge me in case I needed their service. But for now public records is my best friend I GOT TIME BUT NO MONEY... Looking to change all that. Thank you for your time and input in advance Jesus R.
