New investor here looking for my first deal. I've spotted a potential single family BRRR in my neighborhood. The house looks to be vacant (grass grown over, gutters in disrepair, no answer at the door and other signs). I've looked at my county's CAD and found a name of the owner. I plan on sending a letter to the address stating my interest of a potential deal. What other ways can I go about tracking down the owner?

Jessie L. here.  Looking forward to landing my first small multi-family in the Houston area.  My initial strategy is a buy and hold.  I'm currently working on analyzing properties in the area to ensure a cash flow positive initial deal.  Hopefully I can find something soon and you guys can confirm or beat up my numbers, lol.  Great site and I'm glad I lurked the web to find it.
