Hello from a Houston newb
Jessie L. here. Looking forward to landing my first small multi-family in the Houston area. My initial strategy is a buy and hold. I'm currently working on analyzing properties in the area to ensure a cash flow positive initial deal. Hopefully I can find something soon and you guys can confirm or beat up my numbers, lol. Great site and I'm glad I lurked the web to find it.
