Post: Where to Post Rentals

I'm pretty new to the game. I recently acquired two rental properties. I have the first rented. But, am currently trying to find a tenant for the second property. I am in Portland, OR. Supposedly tenants are lining up to rent places. I have not had that experience with either place. Does someone have advice on the best place to post the rentals? Or other helpful tactics?

I am currently posting on Hotpads which kicks it out to Zillow and Trulia. And I just posted on the NextDoor app. The last rental I posted to Craigslist and it turned into a lot of non-qualified people reaching out and expecting to barter a deal. I listed the qualifications in the post and they didn't seem to notice/care. Ultimately, it also turned into a scam situation where someone else changed my Criagslist post and was requesting people to wire them money to hold.

Please help. Would love any advice I can get.

Thanks,

Jessica
