Hello, Does anyone knows if one needs to file taxes in all the states that a certain DST is a part of? We are planning to invest in a DST which owns storage units in 5 states, then will we need to file taxes in all of these 5 states (considering none of the states are tax-free states)

@Joel Owens, How easy or challenging it is with your clients when their current NNN tenant lease comes full term to get another tenant in place. I've heard that most tenants with corporate lease, easily move to another near by location, once their lease is over if rent renewal is not favorable to them. In that case, what do you suggest or how can you help your clients?

@Matt Kling: I am looking into NNN and Dollar General has come up. The cap rate is 6%. From this thread which started 2 years ago it seems like 6% is below average. Is this true or the rates were higher 2 years ago and now 6% is the norm. I would love to chat with anyone who is up to spend 30 minutes and gain good karma to help me what to watch out for my first NNN investment. Thanks.

Hello, have you heard of Crystal View Capital as an operator who provides syndicates or manages DSTs in storage area and any feedback on them will help. Nothing came up during my past searches on this company. Thank you.
