Hello, I am looking to start driving for dollars and I am reading the driving for dollars bible part 1

https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/05/0...

under street scene analysis it says to look for code enforcement (these papers taped to the wall). I've seen some duplexes in my neighborhood with these papers and I was wondering if anyone can explain to me what they mean. Thanks BP members.

I agree with @johnchoe there needs to be a line drawn between your personal life and business life. There are a lot of emotional and sentimental values that go into a home and family that are priceless.

Kevin Phu

I am not sure yet what kind of investing I am into. I have studied stocks a little bit, however I am only in the process of gathering as much information as I can about the real estate investing world. Any suggestions for newbies?
