@Hai Loc what made you change providers?

I used allstate to insure my multifamily unit. It is quite expensive ($160) BUT it covers theft, burglary all that stuff. If you need the person I used let me know.

Hi! I just purchased my first property in Detroit and I am currently using Michigan Property Managers. So far so good.

I am actually heading to Detroit to purchase a property so I guess I will be the guinea pig to let you know how it all works out. I am working with a real estate agent who is pretty good a guiding me into good areas. I will update and let you guys know how it goes.

I am new to learning the trick of the trade for investing. I live in Texas and would like to know what areas are C+ in Toledo that have low market entry and decent returns.
