Title pretty much says it all! I've done a decent job saving and have been blessed with a good job but I'm moving to Austin and really want it to go as far as possible. I'm really curious what people with experience would do if they were just starting out again with these conditions. 😄

I'm pretty new to the space and want to buy my first STR within the year. I know there are a lot of scams out there and fake "gurus" to try to sell some BS courses. That said, I also know there are a lot of genuinely good courses and books to get a good foundation of the nuances to STRs. Does anyone have experience with some solid books or courses they can recommend?
