For anyone who’s invested in the Blue Ridge area, I’m curious to know what occupancy rates you’ve seen (based on your property).

Also are there any recommendations for this type of data from sources other than Airdna?

Thanks @Bruce Woodruff - that's the reason we're replacing it so no offense taken! Seems like a huge waste to throw it all away. Since the main piece is so large I was assuming it could be cut into smaller pieces. Would be interested in hearing other ideas if anyone has them.

We're planning to upgrade a large kitchen (repainting cabinets, new hardware, and new countertops). The existing granite is in perfect condition, but we're looking at changing colors. Attaching an image of the island as an example (140" x 51"). There is significantly more than this in the entire kitchen.

Any ideas on how / who to sell this granite to?

We're in NOVA (Northern VA).
