Hey everyone,

I'm looking to purchase my first rental property here in southern NH within the next year. From my analysis, the Rochester-Dover area and the Concord-Nashua strip seem to be the best places to invest in rental properties. I would like to use the BRRR strategy on 2-4 unit properties to begin, and hopefully expand into larger properties (4+ units) in the future.

I’m looking to begin making connections with professionals in the NH real estate industry so I can jump right into investing when it works for me. Are there any companies/individuals you guys recommend I connect with that have a good track record? Property managers, appraisers, inspectors, lenders, attorneys, agents, etc.

I appreciate your time!

@Heriberto Velazquez Hey Heriberto, I would think a title company. I would recommend working with a real estate agent too if you’re not and getting their opinion, they know quite a bit!

@Joel Neidig Depending on how hot the market is where you live, I would think doing a 1031 and jumping in on a better cash flowing property might be a good idea. Good luck!

@Tanner Neils Welcome Tanner! I'm fairly new to REI as well. I've made it a habit to consume as much BP content as possible throughout my day, there's very little in BS in BP ;)

@Nathan Cross Hey Nathan, I'm becoming a Realtor in the coming weeks, and I haven't thought about having an LLC for that income as well. How does that work?

@Nate Hubley I’m pretty much on the same boat man! I’m 18 and I’m working on getting my Realtor license, and I’ll hopefully purchase my first property either this year or next year. New Hampshire is in a massive seller’s market right now so it might be a while for me.

Anyways, keep learning Nate, I’m with you!
