Anybody else have VRBO and Airbnb have Denver indicate their STR license has expired 1 month in advance? I got an email from Denver.org indicating that my license expired on 8/2/2023.... Airbnb and VRBO have suspended my listing! Super frustrating!!

@Matthew Wilson Setup a profile on Turno and see who reaches out. It can be hit or miss but at a minimum they can be a short term or back up solution...
