@Edward Seid, thanks! I'm interested primarily in Dayton. The numbers make sense there for BRRR. Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Toledo are interesting. Columbus looks like a great city but would be harder to get cash flow.

Hello! I'm a new(ish) Bigger Pockets member, and already learned a ton from the folks here. I have a couple properties in the Seattle area, and am looking to expand to Ohio.
