@Evan Haag I would look for a small Community Bank or Credit union, that only have one location. It's more personal, you ask for the main commercial loan officer.  Do your diligence have everything ready rents, spreadsheets, everything about the nine unit apartment building. Have you spoke to the seller if he will do seller financing.
