Hello to All- I was recently told about this group so I hope to network, gain some friendships as well as be a resource to those in the Real Estate community. 

My husband and I are retired military and we own Top Bragg Realty & Property Management (TBR) in Fayetteville, NC.  We were already busy Realtors but we recently began acquiring foreclosures/distressed properties and that has been AWESOME. We purchased and sold 6 rehabs last year and the goal is to double that in 2016.
