Gonna follow this thread since i'm also just starting to invest.  I'm racking up funds to be prepared for the downpayment just in case.  Go check out websites and see price ranges for properties.  A good pick is Realtor or Trulia, there's also Zumbly.  I'll follow you! Goodluck man!

Probably get your credit score fixed and start saving money directed to investing real estate.  Financers and loan companies will not bother with you at all (I think) if you have bad credit.  You can start looking for properties in Trulia, Zumbly or Realtor.  Or you can contact a real estate agent to help you gather things up.

Hello, I'm new and wanted to know more about investing since I plan on retiring early so I wanted to have some passive cash flow by that time. Zumbly has helped me look for properties however I still don't know what's next once you've chosen your desired property.  Any tips or suggestions would be really appreciated! Thank guys!

Checking out websites, I plan on investing in Chicago and just found out about Zumbly. (Apparently they offer LA and Chicago properties for sale).  Going to have stable income next month so nothing much to do than look for properties, Zumbly also calculates everything so it saves time lol

Hey there! I'm starting out right now in Real Estate and I plan on checking out properties in Chicago or in LA, a friend suggested the website Zumbly.com and so far they have the listings that I want.  The website is easy to navigate and it calculates the numbers you need to see like net income, monthly payment, etc.  Of course, you can check Zillow or Realtor if you plan on checking out properties in different states.  I'll follow this thread, might learn a few things!
